     Rope jumping is a high-intensity aerobic exercise. It helps burn calories in a short time, make the body more agile, and even improve the sense of balance and cardiopulmonary function.

     Compared with other sports, the equipment required for rope jumping is simple and portable that people can do it almost everywhere. It only takes ten minutes to warm your body. It is suitable for students and office workers to exercise in limited time.

     During the break after the second period is the rope jumping time for students in LJIS. We accompany the students to build the habits of exercising and maintain good physical conditions.

跳繩是一項高強度的有氧運動。它有助於在短時間內燃燒卡路里,使身體更加敏捷,甚至改善平衡感和心肺功能。

與其他運動相比,跳繩所需的設備簡單,場地亦無限制,人們幾乎可以在任何地方進行。跳繩十分鐘,即可消耗熱量。它適合學生和辦公室工作人員在有限的時間內鍛煉。

每天第二節下課,是鹿江中學生的跳繩時間。我們陪伴學生養成鍛煉習慣,維持良好的身體條件。
