COVID-19 has infected hundreds and thousands of people. In order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, volunteer students wear gloves, masks and caps while serving lunch meals. The cleaning leader will confirm that the volunteer students wash their hands and keep them tidy. Students waiting in line for meals must wear masks and keep quiet. Everyone eat quietly when having meals in order to reduce the risk of infection.

There are skills in hand washing: inside (palm), outside (back of the hand), clip (between fingers), bow (back of the fingers), big (thumb), standing (fingertips), wrist (wrists). By following the seven steps, you can effectively get rid of the bacteria on the hands. After washing hands, drying hands with clean handkerchief or paper towel is also important since wet hands are more likely to be exposed to microorganisms from the environment than dry hands.

新型冠狀肺炎疫情來勢洶洶,為降低病毒傳播風險,每日午餐時間,鹿江各班皆由學生午餐志工分配菜餚。志工學生須戴上手套、口罩與頭套;工作前,衛生股長會確認他們是否洗手並保持整潔。排隊取餐的學生必須配戴口罩且保持肅靜、不推擠,用餐時間每個人專注享用午餐不交談,讓感染的風險降到最低。

當然,洗手也是有技巧的:內(手掌)、外(手背)、夾(指縫間)、弓(指背)、大(大拇指)、立(指尖)、腕(手腕),洗手過程確實遵守上述七個動作,就能有效的清潔手上的細菌,洗完手務必用乾淨的手帕或擦手紙將手擦乾,因為,和乾燥的手相比,潮濕的手更容易從環境中接觸微生物。
